How the Thieves Broke the ATM : According to the police, the thieves cut the cable that connected the ATM machine to the bank’s intranet network, which made the machine go offline. They also disabled the CCTV cameras and the alarm system of the ATM, which had no security guard. The thieves then used a gas cutter to cut a side panel of the ATM and accessed the cash box.
