At around 5:55 PM, Modi will pay floral tributes at the statue of Subhas Chandra Bose. 

The highlight of the visit is a 2.5-kilometer-long roadshow in Kolkata, starting at 6 PM.

Traffic Restrictions and Diversions:

To ensure smooth movement during the roadshow, Kolkata Police has implemented several traffic regulations. 

On Tuesday, from 3 PM to 9 PM, and on Wednesday, from 8 AM to 12:30 PM, the movement of all types of goods vehicles will be restricted in specific areas of the city. 

Additionally, vehicle parking will be regulated during these hours.

On Wednesday, restrictions will apply to:

• Raj Bhawan (South) Gate
• RR Avenue
• Red Road
• Jenson & Nicholson Island
• Khidderpore Road
• 11 Furlong Gate

Bidhan Sarani will be closed for all vehicles from 3 PM to 9 PM on Tuesday. Heavy goods vehicles will also face restrictions around Raj Bhawan from 6 AM on Tuesday until 10 PM on Wednesday. 

Kolkata Police have indicated that traffic may be diverted from arterial and feeder roads as needed.
