In a shocking incident in Morbi city, Gujarat, a 21-year-old Dalit man named Nilesh Dalsaniya faced brutal assault and humiliation at the hands of his employer, Vibhuti Patel.

Background and Hiring : 

Vibhuti Patel, owner of Raniba Industries Pvt Ltd, hired Dalsaniya in early October for a monthly salary of ₹12,000. However, abruptly terminated after a fortnight, leading to a dispute over unpaid wages.

The Assault and FIR : 

On October 18, when Dalsaniya, accompanied by his brother Mehul and neighbor Bhavesh, approached Patel's office to claim his salary, they were met with violence. 

The FIR, lodged by Dalsaniya, identifies the assailants, including Vibhuti Patel, her brother Om Patel, and manager Parikshit.

Terrace Assault and Humiliation :

The situation escalated as Om Patel and accomplices assaulted the trio. Vibhuti Patel, in a shocking act of cruelty, forced Dalsaniya to the terrace of the commercial complex. 

There, he was subjected to physical abuse, including being slapped, kicked, and punched.

Forced Apology and Threats :

In a reprehensible act, Vibhuti Patel compelled Dalsaniya to put her footwear in his mouth and apologize for demanding his rightful salary. She went further, threatening harm and even death if he dared to return to the Ravapar Crossroad area.

Video Evidence and Extortion Allegations :

The assailants, including Parikshit Patel, filmed the entire ordeal, coercing Dalsaniya to falsely admit to extortion attempts. 

This not only highlights the severity of the assault but also raises questions about potential defamation.

Legal Action and Current Status :

Morbi city's police registered an FIR against the accused under various charges, including assault, criminal intimidation, and offenses under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Dalsaniya is currently undergoing treatment at Morbi civil hospital.
