3. Article 2.4.6 (Unanimous Decision): Failure to cooperate with the Anti-Corruption Official’s investigation.

4. Article 2.4.7 (Unanimous Decision): Obstructing or delaying the Anti-Corruption Official’s investigation by concealing relevant information.
