Legal Action Taken : 

Sreesanth and his associates face charges under IPC Section 420, related to cheating and inducing property delivery. 

Sreesanth holds the position of the third accused in this case, indicating a serious legal battle ahead for the former cricketer.

Details of the FIR : 

The FIR, filed by the Kerala police, outlines the accusations against Sreesanth, Rajiv Kumar, and Venkatesh Kini.
